2. Description of Service

SocialEcho provides an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to:

  • Browse and analyze ads from Meta and TikTok ad libraries
  • Generate AI-powered video content using various models
  • Create and customize video templates
  • Manage and export generated content

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. You grant us a license to use, process, and store this content to provide the Service. Generated content is owned by you, subject to any third-party rights in the source materials.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid features require a subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
